Regency Wharf is located adjacent to the Hyatt Hotel on Broad Street and Gas Street Basin. The estate is in close proximity to some of Birmingham’s key landmarks and destinations including the Birmingham Library, Barclaycard Arena, International Convention Centre, Brindleyplace and the Symphony Hall.
The site also has excellent pedestrian access to The Mailbox and The Cube via the canal side.
